Commercial service terms
Commercial terms for GeoMine Intel evidence packs and subscription access.
Enquiry-led service
Evidence packs start from USD 250 and subscriptions start from USD 100 per month. These are starting prices, not automatic offers. A binding order begins only when GeoMine Intel accepts the scope and the customer accepts the resulting quote, order confirmation, or invoice terms. Submitting an access request does not create a paid contract.
Scope and delivery
Automated evidence packs are typically generated within minutes after acceptance when adequate source data is available. Broad, multi-holder, multi-area, historical, or bespoke requests may cost more or take longer. Unless expressly agreed, the service does not include analyst verification or consulting.
Payment and access
Applicable prices, taxes, payment dates, subscription period, renewal, and access tier will be stated in the accepted order or invoice. Access may be paused for overdue payment. Enterprise requirements remain individually scoped.
Cancellation and source gaps
Cancellation, credits, or refunds follow the accepted order. Where a source gap prevents the requested output before fulfilment, GeoMine Intel will explain the issue and agree a revised scope, credit, or cancellation as appropriate. A sparse but accurate report is not defective merely because public evidence is limited.
Use of outputs
Customers may use delivered reports internally and share them with professional advisers for the agreed purpose. Raw source geometry or third-party datasets may not be redistributed unless their terms expressly permit it. Citations, attribution, caveats, and report limitations must be retained.
Commercial limitations
Reports state what the available evidence supports and what remains unresolved. They do not provide ownership confirmation, legal advice, cadastral determination, environmental compliance findings, investment advice, or guaranteed completeness.
