Using the platform
You may use GeoMine Intel only for lawful research, screening, and business purposes. You must protect account credentials, provide accurate registration information, and must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape at disruptive volumes, or use outputs to misrepresent official records.
Sources and intellectual property
Source publishers retain rights in their underlying records and datasets. GeoMine Intel retains rights in its software, presentation, classifications, calculations, report structure, and other original platform material. Access does not grant a licence to redistribute raw third-party data.
Availability and changes
Sources and features may change, fail, be withdrawn, or be restricted. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may suspend access where necessary for security, misuse, non-payment, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers and liability
GeoMine Intel is an independent automated screening service and is not affiliated with the authorities whose public records it cites. Outputs are subject to the report-use limitations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or fitness for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These platform terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
